This will be a very practical day where you will learn how to best encourage and develop volunteers’ skills and enhance the work of your organisation as a whole.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Design a volunteer recruitment plan
- Develop effective supervision procedures
- Describe motivational strategies to keep everyone ‘on board’
- Tackle the issues of poor standards & performance
- Implement fair & consistent management strategies

The handouts you will receive are a useful resource to share with others and will help you to pass on the skills you have learned. I’m happy to provide follow up support afterwards as you adapt the content to the needs of your organisation.
