Find new ways to evidence the benefits of your organisation and use this information to help it flourish.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Understand the benefits of undertaking Social Impact Measurement (SIM)
  • Set down measurable social aims and objectives for your organisation
  • Implement simple steps to routinely capturing evidence of your organisation’s social impact
  • Discuss the suggested scope of your SIM plans with your teams, and agree something relevant and appropriate to the scale of your operations and capacity.

Handouts and templates will be available (PDF and hard copy) so that exercises can be repeated with wider participation in your team, and updated periodically.
