Managing conflict in the workplace

Date and time: Tuesday 10th December 2019, 10am – 4pm
Location: Taunton, venue TBC
Course leader: Gillian Jeffrey, GJ Workshops

This workshop is aimed at both managers and front line staff. During the course, we will look at the sources of conflict, how to recognise the signs a problem is developing and how to manage a situation that is escalating.

We also look at our own behaviour and the impact that may have as well as prevention and safety. This will be a very realistic training session with plenty of opportunities for delegates to discuss relevant and on going situations.
