The first course from the all-new Cascade Training - Housing co-ops

To relaunch Cascade for 2019, we're pleased to announce a great course on housing co-operatives, co-housing schemes eco-hamlets and communes. While Community Land Trusts get all the limelight, these tenant-managed projects still have some unique strengths - low running costs, strong internal bonds and low environmental impacts. But in an age of austerity and high house prices, they have not flourished as they did in the 1980s and 1990s. How can groups with limited resources of their own organise to solve their own housing needs?
